Refund policy
We hope that you want to keep your gifts forever but If you wish to return and get a refund on your order, that is no problem. Please bear in mind the following conditions.
1. How Long Do I Have?: Our refund policy lasts for 28 days from the date of your purchase. Within this timeframe, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items to us within the 28-day period. After 28 days you will not be able to receive a refund on your purchase.
2. How Do I Get In Touch To Return?: Please email hello@ohmygifts.co.uk to inform us of your return.
3. Return Condition: Any returns must be carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Unless there is a product fault on personalised items, we will not be able to refund anything personalised. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.
4. Who Pays for Returns?: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using signed for or tracked delivery for your own protection and proof of postage.
5. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
6. Return Address: Please send your purchase back to Oh My Gifts, 16 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rossendale, Lancashire BB4 5QJ.
7. Exchange Timeframe: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?: Once we have your return in hand we will then process your refund onto the same payment method of which you paid for the item originally. Refund payments usually take between 3-5 working days to show up in your bank account.
8. My Item(s) Are Faulty: If your goods received are faulty please email hello@ohmygifts.co.uk. In order to deal with your case we will need you to provide your order number, name, address & further details.
9. I received the wrong item: If you have received an item that was not on your original order please contact via email hello@ohmygifts.co.uk . In order to deal with your case we will need you to provide your order number, name, address, items on the order and we will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the order.
